Vintage Bowes Century Display Tire Repair Kit With Lots of Supplies (Garage)

Old Century Display metal service station tire tube repair kit nearly full of an assortment of patches, two patch repair wrenches and lots of other things. The cabinet front has Bowes Seal Fast Indianapolis, feather edge repairs hot or cold vulcanizing with various size patches displayed on the bottom section. The box is made for wall mount or counter top display. One of the holes on the rear top has been distorted. This is shown in at least one of the photos. The box measures 11 inches across the front, 8 3/4 inches tall with the hinged lid closed, 6 1/4 inches across the side at the bottom, measuring front to back, and 5 inches across the side at the top. Measurements are very close but may not be exact. I have not tried to clean this kit. It is just as I found it at auction. I do believe that most of the discoloring will come off with a good cleaning. I did not try to clean it because I don't know what cleaners are safe to use and did not want to cause damage to the finish.
